Bernideens Cream Cheese Brownies are Easy










We all love brownies and these take it up a notch! So easy and quick - you won't be able to stay out of them!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour a 9 x 13 baking pan

You will need: 1 pkg family size brownies name brand or house brand, 3 eggs, 2 Tb water for chewy or 1/2 cup water for more "cake like" brownies, 1 cup chopped walnuts

Middle of brownies: 1 8 oz cream cheese softened, 5 Tb butter softened, 1/3 cup sugar, 2 Tb flour, 2 eggs, 3/4 tsp vanilla

After baking and cooling: Very top frosting: 3 Tb butter, 2 Tb cocoa, 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar, 2 Tb milk, 2tsp vanilla

Simply mix the brownie mix with ingredients above and pour 1/2 in the baking pan, then layer with the "middle" ingredients and then the rest of the brownie batter- take a knife and swirl through- bake for 35 - 40 minutes Cool and then ice with frosting.
These could be cut very small for AFTERNOON TEA TREATS!
